Daily Checks
- Check mixer blades and liners for wear
- Inspect belt conveyor for misalignment
- Verify weighing system accuracy (zero point)
- Check air compressor oil level and drainage
- Inspect hydraulic system for leaks
- Clean mixer discharge gate
Weekly Maintenance
- Grease all bearing points
- Check screw conveyor for blockages
