In 2025, we supplied and commissioned an HZS75 concrete batching plant for a major highway construction project in West Java, Indonesia.
Configuration:
- HZS75 with JS1500 twin-shaft mixer
- 200t cement silo
- PLD2400 batching machine
- Full automatic control system
Results:
- Output: 70-75 m³/h consistently
- Project duration: 18 months
- Customer satisfaction: repeat order placed for HZS50
The plant is still operational and has produced over 80,000 m³ of concrete for the highway project.
